What’s your favorite restaurant, and what is the best food they serve? Satoshi has brought Jessica to his favorite fish restaurant.

Jessica: What do you recommend?
Satoshi: This place has many good menus, but the salmon is my favorite menu. It’s delicious.

What did Satoshi get wrong? The restaurant has only one menu—salmon is a menu item. We often just say “a thing on the menu,” so Satoshi should say, “This place has many good things on the menu, but salmon is my favorite.” Writing all this has made me hungry!
